assessment
World class training on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, that include but are not limited to: implicit bias, anti-racism, allyship, and the history of race and racism in the United States.
Training and education
NTIRE conducts 3-4 day, immersive, DEI/anti-racism institutes on the campus of Morehouse College for groups of employees from one organization or for individuals from specific sectors including, but not limited to: criminal justice, healthcare, social services, education, philanthropy, and corporations. Participants will also visit historic sites of the civil rights movement.
Institutes
Dr. Marks and NTIRE personnel provide highly engaging and interactive keynote presentations for conferences, retreats, meetings and other gatherings. These presentations provide potential clients with an understanding of NTIRE's approach, training style, and content.
